Cure bloating - help please!
« on: March 15, 2022, 11:33:13 PM »

Hi Ladies

I'm really keen to hear your success stories for eliminating bloating. I'm trying fibre powder in my morning drink as well as a very healthy diet but I am a little constipated now and feel my stomach getting bigger and bigger.

I hate it, can you help?

Morning.  R U taking any medications?

Some extra fibre can be 'too extra'.  Making sure that you have enough liquids daily is important.  Fresh fruits and veg and eating little and often may help.

Exercise?

I have slow transit and hate that bloating feeling  :-\

I found upping my water intake helped,I used to eat tons of fibre and it simply didn't work,I eventually found out my bloat was partially down to a wheat allergy

Thanks Ladies

Yes I am a big water drinker so no issues there but am trying to walk more daily.

I was bloated before starting hrt and when hrt didn’t fix it I started on a recommended meal plan with supplements also. I’m cutting the fibre powder incase it’s too much and maybe all the chickpeas and beans are too much for me!?

Thanks

MayB cut the chickpeas and fibre to see how the gut behaves, then introduce 1 or the other?  Baked beans cause me problems but not every time  :-\
