Hi everyone
Bit confused as to whether 3 pumps gel is same as 100mcg patch?? I know the delivery system is different but just can’t see how the micrograms match up? 1 pump is 750 mcg- I read on here that only 10% is absorbed so 0.75 x 3 is 2.25 how does this equate to the 100 mcg patch? Brain is boggling.
I’m considering trial of the patches so don’t want to go too much under from what the gel supplies.
