Yes Vicky, I started magnesium for sleep but the previous type didn’t do anything and when I read a bit more I saw this glycinate type that helps anxiety, that has come back for me since my estrogen is too high ( I think ). So I take it at night with my meal. I find it really helps getting to sleep quickly- although not insomnia as such I could take awhile to get to sleep or wake up in a panic. I haven’t woken with anxiety since. May be that it helped both
