Hi all, i currently am post meno, using 100 estrodot 2-3 pumps of gel, , my symptoms of hot flushes and night sweats are back with a vengeance, with there being a shortage of gel, would it be ok to use 150 of the patch instead, would the NHS prescribe 150 do you think, or would this have to be done by going privately,im currently in the queue for meno specialist but who knows when this app will be ? Hopefully some of you can help TIA

I would imagine that they will give you additional patches to make up for the deficit caused by the missing gel. Have you spoken to your GP?
