Is it ok to use ladycare magnet and take red clover together?

I've been using a ladycare magnet for a week. Night sweats better. Palpitations were getting better but now much worse don't know if this is the magnet or just a lot of stress.

Could I take red clover whilst using the magnet?

Any advice please. Thank you.

Morning.  Some find that alternatives help initially but when their hormones rise and fall more sharply any benefit is lost.  Red clover should not be taken for more than 3 months at a stretch.  'natural' doesn't always mean 'safe'  ;)

Some find it of use to keep a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress.
