Hi everyone just looking for some advice please.

I tried Elleste Duet which made my head itchy with a lot if hair loss flaky scalp and my legs really itchy with flaky skin.

Then tried oestrogen 1 pump & utrogestan. Made my hair & nails much better, but again had terrible itching on back and arms this time with tiny red blood spots on arms.

I am afraid to try another type, but hot flushes, palpitations and really heavy periods back again since stopping hrt. Feeling pretty hopeless and GP doesn't know much about hrt.

Hi!  as oestrogen levels drop the body may become itchy: inside and out; skin, deep in the ears, between the toes, scalp, nostrils, vagina/anus ... as well as muscles may become lax = aches and pains.

Some do find that they suffer hair loss - my hairdresser explained that the follicles don't replace hairs as often as when I was younger.  Mine doesn't fall out in handfuls, fortunately, though it's thin on top!

It is suggested that any HRT should be used for at least 3 months to see whether side effects settle.  Hopefully someone will be along who has tried your regime.

Yes, I’ve tried just about everything, including:

Prempak C (tablets)
Tibilone
Oestrogen gel
Estrodot patches

I like evorel the best x

Thank you Perinowpost. It's encouraging you found one that suits in the end maybe I should try that next.
