Hi, I am on the mini pill and use Estrogel in the morning and Utrogestan tablet at night for the last 6 months. All has been fine however I forgot to use my gel Saturday and now have fresh blood and a ‘cramp’ like feeling like when I used to have periods. Has anyone else experienced this ? Is it just because I forgot the estrogel or should I be concerned ?
