Not meno related, but does anyone suffer with ‘tech neck’?  My neck muscles are very sore at the moment, but l work at a computer all day, then there’s the phone, iPad, kindle. A 21st century problem l suppose

Lift your computer/gadgets if possible.  Leaning slightly forwards can cause soreness in the neck/shoulder areas.  R U able to work from a higher level, i.e. kitchen work top or window ledge?

Also give yourself 10 mins off and walk around every hour.

If you're sore after working at a computer you need to adjust your work station. If you work for a big company they can do an assessment, if not you'll find info via Google. You may need to raise the screen so your back is straight and your head isn't tilted forwards. There's a fair amount of weight in your head and our neck muscles weren't designed for bearing the weight when it's tilted for hours.
For the out of work gadgets you need to hold them higher so your head isn't tilted forwards, or spend less time on them.

Set your phone timer up to go every 1/2 hour. Get up walk round, flex your neck and of course as advised adjust your work position as suggested. DH had this problem and took advice. It’s easy to lose time when you are working, hence the timer.
