Good evening, I have been on the patches for about 3/4 years now and have been fine I have 1 1/2 oestrogen patch (Estraderm MX 50 patches) and I take 100 g progestogen of a night, I have a history of endometriosis and over the last month I have had three really bad period cramps but I’ve woke me and my boobs are extremely sore and have been for months, I’m bloated and feel like my body needs a period, I have had one week off the progesterone and had very slight show but very dark, but symptoms still here, any help would be great, am I having too much oestrogen or progesterone. Or not enough.? X
