Lenzetto
« on: January 18, 2022, 07:24:25 PM »

Hello  :). I’m new here and new to hrt. I started LENZETTO last Thursday eve. I have 2 sprays a day. I started off by doing one in the morning and one in the evening but today decided to do 2 in the morning as it’s easier to remember! I am feeling absolutely fine. I’m less tired, more energy etc but not sure if it’s psychological or can lenzetto actually start working that quick? It sounds like I’m being really cynical (because that’s just how I am!)  ;D

Lenzetto started to work very quickly for me, definitely within a week. That doesn't mean it's been plain sailing ever since - your own hormones fluctuate, and I have found that HRT also builds up in your system, so although I do feel an effect quickly, there is then a sort of secondary effect that builds up over a few weeks (we've talked about it on another thread, clearly not very scientific language I'm using!). But there is absolutely a quick effect for me in terms of my primary symptoms of sleep, hot flushes etc. So I wouldn't be at all surprised if you're experiencing benefits quickly  :)

And  :welcomemm:

Thank you for your reply. May I ask what the ‘secondary effect’ was - just so I can prepare myself in case! Has everything plateaued for you now? I hope so!

That probably wasn't worded very well on my part! What I meant was (at least in my experience) I didn't reach the permanent estrogen level after only a week. My Estrogen levels continued to rise a bit as a "cumulative" effect for I would say approx 2 months after I started Lenzetto and then plateaued. So in my case I actually ended up on slightly too high a dose. So I then had to start trying to reduce it, which I personally have found quite difficult - but again, everyone is different and I think I am particularly sensitive to any reduction in Estrogen, even a small amount.

So it's not so much a "beware of a secondary effect" more (1) you can definitely feel benefits after just a week but (2) you can't fully assess until I would say around 2-3 months in.

Hope that helps! Lenzetto literally saved my life, glad to hear it is helping you too  :)

PS. Cows ARE great   ;D
