I second Nas's question about having had blood taken from the arm where you applied the Lenzetto (I would retest, this time from unsprayed arm if so) & Amazing Grace's comment that high oestrogen could account for your night sweats. As your body struggles to deal with a surfeit this could be part of the consequent stress response.
You say your TSH is very high too, I take it you mean above top of ref range? Also can I ask did you test because you had a pre-existing thyroid condition?
Two thoughts on this . . .
1) if you are on thyroid replacement you probably need to increase your dose because oestrogen replacement increases Thyroid Binding Globulin, effectively making less of the active thyroid hormone available for use. If you are hypothyroid you'll probably know that in theory this is only supposed to happen with oral oestrogen & not transdermal methods of delivery, but I'm long term hypothyroid, on transdermal oestrogen & have repeatedly had to tweak my thyroid replacement while trying to find my best HRT fit. A few other hypothyroid members have reported the same response to transdermal oestrogen, though from memory they have been among the subset that like me, needs to take T3 as well as thyroxine, so we may be atypical in our response to HRT. My very experienced Endocrinologist has also confirmed that exogenous oestrogen will affect TBG levels regardless of method of delivery.
2) if you are hypothyroid with a high TSH, indicating you need to increase your thyroid meds, your metabolism will be running slow, potentially hindering efficient clearance of oestrogen from your system, so your oestradiol level could be higher than it would be if your thyroid levels were optimal.
As an aside, night sweats have been my most resistant symptom & I suspect this may be because being hypothyroid predisposes us to thermoregulation problems even before menopause comes blundering in & hammers our thermostat.
The rock & hard place of needing HRT after breast cancer is an uncomfortable one & I really feel for you on that score.

P.S. for some reason I remembered you as postmenopause, but if not, any significant amounts of oestrogen you're still producing yourself will of course be adding to your high level. Sorry if I've misunderstood.
