Hi,
I’m due to start evorel sequi tomorrow and have read that the patch should be applied below waist level. Does anyone have any advice about best place to try? I’m guessing they’ll catch easily putting jeans or tights on?

I use lower abdomen or on hip. I find the best thing to do is to hold your hand over the patch for a minute or so to help it stick better.

I started out on lower abdomen, but changed to upper thigh, which I found caused less bloating.
I don't know how people manage putting on the buttocks, need to be bit of a contortionist to do that!

Thanks guys,
I thought it’s strange to say buttocks as it could drop off and you can’t see so how long would it take to notice?
