I am getting horrendous stomach ache/cramps. I stopped Everol Conti and I do understand that stomach cramps are one of the side effects of Everol Conti.Other than a hot water bottle does anyone suggest anything else?

Paracetamol and Nurofen.  Not at the same time. 

Feminax was the go-to period pain relief in the 1960s/70s to be taken 2 days prior to an expected period.
