Does anybody else get this?like numb arm that will go if elevated ,hubby says I must be sleeping on my arm,I’m not light lol but does scare me when I wake up. I have memory foam mattress and been using a wedge with pillows as had reflux in the past. I recently in last few months had ecg and bloods and all was ok for something else that was checked out, is this a other thing to the list? I’m 49 non hrt and do get achy muscles and stiff and a good way through peri x

Carpal tunnel syndrome or 'drunk man' syndrome.  CTS often affects pregnant women .  Some find that hanging the affected limb over the edge of the bed restores blood flow.

I can get it when I sleep on my side too, there seems to be a nerve at the front of my armpit that doesn't like being squashed.
