Hi there.

I can't help with the sweats, but I'm trying natural progesterone myself right now.

What dose of utrogestan are you taking? Orally???

The progesterone, if high enough, will stop your bleeds... You should bleed if you take a break from it.

I've to take my progesterone cream for 21 days then take a break for bleed, then restart - if that helps. X

Ah, so you stopped on 12th? Today is only the 16th...i think you should expect your withdrawal bleed up to 7 days, but usually within 5. Your bleed comes as the progesterone levels drop.

What oestrogen are you taking? Utro won't stop flushes, it's oestrogen that does that. Utro should be taken days 15-26 where day 1 is the first day of your bleed.

It may be that there hasn't been enough of a build up or it may be that you didn't synchronise the hrt cycle to your own cycle and you're still producing your own progesterone. You may find you need a higher dose of oestrogen to control your symptoms but it's early days yet, you need 3 months on it to get the full effect.

Ok, thanks... In 16 days into my first HRT,  the sweating is much better , because that really really stressed me out to the point I would cry :'(
