Do palpitations feel like weird flutters in your chest on and off?
My anxiety is bad, so i think that’s what it is but I have never had this before.

Yes, they are horrid and make my anxiety worse too. I've had them constant for 7 months now with now explanation yet. Sometimes it is a constant but prominent beat, then a flip or a flop and then fluttering.

One of the worst symptoms of menopause for me, as during the early years I didn't know they're fairly common at this stage of life.  Often discussed on the forum, they appear in quite a few threads so if anyone wants reassurance maybe put palpitations or ectopics in the search box.
