« on: November 22, 2021, 10:26:22 AM »

Hi all me again just wanted some advice I’m on Everell Sequi and I’m finding the progesterone part of the cycle really really hard awful moods anxiety rage you name it. I’ve got an HRT review with my doctor tomorrow the last one I had she suggested I went onto Femseven patches but they’re out of stock I am so wondering what you  suggest I should do.. maybe ask for gel ?

Hiya, I've really struggled with awful mood swings and terrifying mental reactions to progesterone in patch and pill form.

Here's what I've tried so far:
Evorel 50 Sequi (patches)
Evorel 50 (patches) and Utrogestan (pills)
Tridestra (pills, on a three-month cycle, so you only have the progesterone bit once every three months)
Currently on Oestrogel (gel), Vagifem (oestrogen pessary) and Mirena coil. It's early days for me, but so far so good on this combo.

Not sure if that helps, but at least it shows there are different options.
