Breast and nipple soreness

Has anyone found any herbal supplements to help with breast and nipple tenderness. I take evening primrose and over 50 vitamins and rhodiola for my anxiety/depression.

Morning.

My nipples itch and are sore so I use 'savlon', gently applied.  Any breast tenderness is probably hormonal.

How are your periods in general?
