I’m now on everol 75 patches plus 200 mg utrogestran tablets …. Which made my mood really low and Aggy … I really couldn’t cope with this .. I dropped down to 100 for the rest of my last week on it … I do feel better …. Is this ok to do ?

Are you on a sequi or conti regime? Oral or vaginal? If it's conti 100mg is the normal dose. You can use less if vaginal.

Do you take the utro every day (conti) or 12 days per cycle (sequi) ? Normal dose is 100mg if used daily or 200mg if 12cdays per month. According to newsonhealth you can halve the dose if using it vaginally instead of orally. Some people who are intolerantuuse as little as 100mg for 7 days but if you use less than recommended you should have scans to make sure your lining isn't building up.
