Menopause and periods

How can I no when my periods stop when I'm on her that gives me a monthly bleed. I'm 55 and think I should be on continue her not sequi but not sure anyone no anything about this please.

Most GPs will swap you onto a Conti HRT by the age of 54 if you have been on Sequi HRT and have no way of knowing whether you are post menopausal or not.

Feel ok apart from trouble sleeping will get back to my GP and discuss going on to conti. Otherwise I will not be able to no if my periods have stopped.

Yes. The only way you can tell is to stop HRT for a while to see if you still have a period but that's a difficult thing to do. Ask the GP if you can change. Be aware that for the first six months of a Conti HRT you can experience bleeding while you get used to the new type.
