One spray is equivalent to 50mg so you have reduced your oestrogen dose which may explain your symptoms. It's also possible you absorb one form better than the other. If you have problem bleeding it's the progesterone that's the problem. Where are you in your meno journey and are you on sequi or conti? What dose?

Hi Chrixx,
unfortunately cannot help with Lenzetto question as I'm only considering it at the moment and don't have any experience yet, but you may find the the discussion on Estrogel vs Lenzetto I recently initiated interesting. Also if you put Lenzetto in the search box you'll find all the previous discussions in this forum, which may be helpful.

Hope you'll start moving to better place soon! xx

I am postmenopausal by about 4 to 5 yrs. I asked the nurse if I needed to up my utrogestan and she said no. Interested the consultant said I should rather change to a mirena coil or increase to 200. I don't take a break as post meno.

That’s the thing Sheila, I don’t think one spray is 50mg. It’s
more 3 sprays to 50mg.

I think you are right more like 3 sprays. What are you currently using Nas?

It’s true that 3 sprays equates to roughly 50mg patch or two pumps of gel. This information was revealed in the last couple of weeks.

I’m on the 75 patch but it’s not enough. The 100 doesn’t agree with my body or brain and I hate the gel. So, contemplating lenzetto, except I don’t know what dose ( given the new dosing information) A couple of weeks ago, I ditched my patch for 3 sprays and didn’t stop crying for a week!! Plus lenzetto hasn’t formally  been approved for prescription in my area ( apparently) I got mine from a private specialist.

It is weaker but you may absorb one type better than the other.  It is very much trial and error.
