hi, quick background. I’m 56 and have come off HRT after 5 years due to horrific migraines every other day (progesterone was the killer). migraines have now abated and Im definitely through the worst of meno. Still have about two hot flashes a day but nothing i can’t cope with. my mood is the worst thing. i did take citalopram for four months as i came off and managed to pile on a full shed load of “blubber” around my waist -which i literally cannot shift to my dismay. anyway came off the tabs and thought all was fine but the paranoia and general feeling of malaise is back. have started SJW as took it a long time ago and don’t remember any untoward symptoms. What dosage is a good starting dose? I really would like to take higher rather than lower as i’m feeling sh*t at mo
