Hi just looking for some guidance. Five weeks ago I lowered my estroderm patch from 100mcg to 75mcg. I had been having problems with anxiety had bloods done as post meno. Estrogen was 400 with slightly low progesterone using marina coil. With the slightly low progesterone thought maybe my patch maybe was out of balance. Since lowering the dose I have constant nausea and headache. Flushes are bearable not having issues with atrophy can tolerate the joint issues but the nausea and headache are all day every day. I am hoping it is the fluctuations causing this. These are not the usual symptoms I have when my estrogen is low. Can anyone relate as I feel like being pregnant with a headache 🤕
