I love the Thai chi ( the instructor is on holiday for the next to weeks though) also the dance and creative music.

It is great if you have anxiety or can’t get out much.

Why, we are all able to make our own decisions about how we want to spend our money, I was honest in flagging the cost.
I have no link to this company except that it has helped me when I was suffering badly with anxiety and wanted to give others the option to take a look.
