I wonder if anyone experiences either of the following once starting systemic hrt. It seems odd they're arriving now and I'm curious what they could be symptomatic of three months in. Every morning for the past couple of weeks, I break into a significant sweat after waking up. I sleep well and this is the only time I sweat in this way. Then, I have, in the same period, developed tingling and some numbness in my hands and feet. This has not featured in my life at all till now. Perhaps they're not linked and/or have nothing to do with oestrogen deficiency, but I'd be really interested to know if anyone else developed anything similar whether as a side effect or not and any experience of how it was helped to settle?
