Headache

Hi ladies,been perimenopause for 8 years but the last few months been getting headache that make me feel sick and abit dizzy, and also I am feeling hot inside all of the time .
Just wondering if I could be going into the menopause still having periods very light only lasting a few days,
on HRT  elleste duet 2mg

Morning.  Peri is the months/years leading into menopause: which is literally the last monthly period.  However, 1 doesn't know until we've been free of bleeds for at least 12 months and even then .........

Headaches can be caused by dehydration.  Try keeping an eye on how much you drink as well as soups etc.; your urine should be straw coloured in the day.

Is the Elleste Duet helping symptoms?

Peri often triggers migraine, even in women who have never had them.  If that is what you are having, I believe there are some migraine threads on the forum.  Do a search and see if it matches your experience.

It could be meno related but it may well not be. I would get your eyes tested and see your gp in case something is going on. Have you had any earache?
