If you go to the home page and do a search for Mirena coil you should see lots of threads about it.
Have you ever used birth control pill ior mini pill and if so which one? The Mirena contains a progestogen called levonorgestrel which is found in other products - so if you've had it before it might give you an idea if you tolerate it or not.
Also the good thing aboout the Mirena coil compared with oral progestogens is that very little escapes into the system so theoretically far fewer side effects.
Maybe you'd like to tell us something about youtself - where you are in menopause, cycles and periods, how old you are, symptoms you are seeking to alleviate with HRT?
