I'm in my first cycle of taking 100mg Utrogestan - tonight will be night 7. Using it vaginally has been SO much better than orally in that I literally couldn't function the next day from drowsiness when taken orally. However in the last three days I've had a return of my "pre HRT" symptoms of 2/3am wakening unable to get back to sleep, which is really annoying after doing so well for so long on Lenzetto alone. I have however still not been having any night sweats which were a real problem for pre Lenzetto.
My question is: could it be Utrogestan causing disrupted sleep? Do any other ladies find this on Utrogestan? I also recall seeing something on the forum earlier (but can't find it) about some ladies feeling Lenzetto doesn't dispense a consistent dose each day. I hadn't noticed it myself at all but then thought I did notice it in the last few days - but perhaps just looking for reasons.
I've also noticed I've lost a couple of pounds and my boobs are definitely less full - so something hormonally is going on, I'm just trying to understand what it could be? Really don't want to be going through this for two weeks out of every four!!
