Hi,
Can anyone tell me the differences between these two and benefits? Specialist added OM to my regime (Vagifem/now Vagirux (sadly!) and Evorel 25) to try to facilitate intercourse more comfortably, but is VM better for general and specific use? I don't need progesterone as long post-hysterectomy and oestrogen not yet where it should be to add in testosterone.

I've not heard of OM. Did she mean OB (oil-based)? Yes VM is a moisturiser, not a lube. Best to consult the Yesyesyes website for a description of their products and the uses thereof. They do an intro pack which you can buy before investing in full size products.

I'm guessing she meant OB - meaning the oil based lubricant. 

I use the moisturiser and the water based lubricant (or I used to - that's currently off the table as I seem to have been sandpapered down there  ) and found both good.  The lubricant does have some hydrating properties, but if it's a moisturiser you need, you need to go with the VM and just use the OB or WB lubricants for intercourse.  (OB is not suitable for use with condoms)

The Yes customer service team were really helpful when I contacted them with a query, so if you have any questions, you could always ask them.

Pjur do a preservative free silicone lube which I found much better for sex than the Yes products.
I use their OB product to dilute Ovestin for internal use.

I find suppositories better as a moisturiser (Balance Activ Moisture Plus and Carlson Key-E). But everyone is different!
