Space cadet and brain fog
« on: June 07, 2021, 05:50:37 PM »

Anyone understand the spaced out feeling who can assure me I'm not losing it!!! Roll back this time last week and I was on holiday enjoying a relaxing seaside break. This week I'm due my period (still regular ish but very light or very heavy). Anxiety out of nowhere, tears on a roller coaster. Those I can cope with but the detached feeling is grim. Even yesterday was a good loud music dancing in the front room cleaning kind of day but today back to fog head.

I'm foggy due to the medication that I take.  Better that than the depression 4 me.

Keep well hydrated.  Do U keep a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress?  Might help.  You may be doing too much on the days that you feel 'better' and burning off energy but not replacing it.

Thanks CKLD! I had a reaction to some meds last week which meant a lost appetite nausea and being sick which meant 3 days of not eating much so maybe that's not helping either. I'll certainly keep the diary though great idea. As is slowing down a bit

You may well be dehydrated in that case.

Let us know how you get on!

I drink around a litre a day of water so I'll up it a bit. Feeling less foggy today which is good. Slept like a log too!

It's so unpredictable  >:(

Make sure that your urine is straw coloured; any lighter and you R taking on too much liquid.
