Morning. Some of us find that inserting either 'ovestin' [me] or 'vagifem' internally then using 'ovestin' on the tip of a finger around the outer labia eases symptoms. GPs are quick with the old ABs rather than sending a urine sample away to be tested to see whether it grows a 'bug' to be treated.

. Some find that 'yes' or 'sync' products help the outer labia whereas I use 'KY Jelly' when especially dry. To ease the 'need2P' feelings I take 2 Nurofen 3 times a day for 2 days.
