Hi, I’ve started the above mentioned but because I seem to bleed on most continuous combined hrt, doc suggested this but to take the progesterone for 3 months and then have a weeks break as opposed to every 25 days. Has anyone else tried this regime, I’d be grateful for any advice?

Not heard of this course, but there could be others who have. But would say you don't have to go to continuous if cyclical suits you better.
