Sushi :welcomemm:You can take the Utrogestan vaginally. I woud try that in preference to the lower dose of oestrogen from Evorel. Do not let the docs fob you off with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia - these symptoms can also be caused by low oestrogen, low testosterone, under-active thyroid, as well as some vitamin and mineral deficiencies (and post-viral complications too). Why is it that so many middle-aged menopausal women suddenly get diagnosed with these conditions? Anti-dpressants most certainly are not indicated for menopausal symptoms - not as first line of treatment.
In your position I would want to get back to a decent level of oestrogen first and see if it sorts out those troublesome symptoms - so I would go back to Utrogestan but take it vaginally and see if you can tolerate it better this way . If your doc is unsympathetic then no need to say you are using it vaginally but a knowledgeable one will give you the ones prescribed for IVF for vaginal use 200 mg capsules. Otherwise you will need the 200 mg dose but double the number of capsules to give 200 mg per night for 12 days per cycle.
If you can't tolerate this then the (Mirena) coil is also a possibility which has already bee suggested. You can then continue to increase oestrogen until you arrive at a dosage that alleviates your symptoms.
Hope this helps and all the best
