Testogel application

Hi 👋 I hope you can help. I’ve been given Testogel sachets. 1 to last 7 days but just read it should be stored in the fridge when opened? Is this necessary?? Where to apply?? Consultant said shoulder but I’ve read abdominal or thighs? And how do know what 1/7th looks like in my hand?
I’m hoping Amy users can help. Many thanks xx

Hi Dallies. I was told to apply a pea size amount about 1 or 2 inches below my belly button. I don’t keep mine in the fridge. Not sure that would work with grandchildren in and out of the fridge all the time 😂

My Testogel sachets are prescribed as one to last 10-14 days, so my daily dosage is a large pea sized blob. I apply to inner mid thigh, although used to do lower abdomen but now apply an oestrogen patch there so moved the application site. I don't keep mine in the fridge, but fold the top over and secure with a paperclip.
