I've done a quick search and there is a thread back in 2019 which might help.

Thank you
All the threads are about using Estriol for dryness etc which I have no problem with!
Has anyone used it instead of Estradiol? I’ve tried all the gels and patches for HRT and was looking into trying this ?

How long have you tried the current regime for, it can take 4-5 months B4 the body notices any differences.

I’ve tried each one for 4 months, I have had some relief of symptoms but just can’t seem to get it right! I suppose I feel like I’m just not getting anywhere ! Nearly 2 years now of feeling rubbish! I give all the regimes a real good go!
