Sorry, I know i'm no expert but just wanted to share with you this podcast - The lady - Tina Peers is a GP/Doctor who put her daughter on Fexo high doses because she was histamine intolerant. It may be of interest to you.

Tina Peers is my gynae, she's lovely, highly recommend her.  I take three a day (up from two because I dropped the H2 anti hist) and I take four on emergency days, but no more than a couple of days at a time.

I really wouldn't worry about fexo for now, just get things under control, you can fine tune later.

Also there's a really good blog, healing histamine, highly recommend.
