Hi, I recently had a CT scan as I'd been having pain in my lower right side along with IBS symptoms. It's came back with nothing abnormal but my uterus and rectum appear bulky. I know I have an ovarian cyst in the right side, I've been told it's a simple cyst about 4-5cm.
I'm scared, I don't have any other symptoms and although the consultant has suggested a colonoscopy I don't want to have this if I don't really have to!
I'm 50, post menopausal, no periods for about 4 years. Looking for anyone who has experienced a bulky uterus /small cyst, is it likely to cause bloating /occasional diarrhoea /wind/constipation?
