I'M a nutritionist and see this aching arm symptom (hanging out washing, putting a duvet into a cover, etc) a lot - when we test thyroid hormone levels- often they are low and antibodies present - suggesting Hashimoto''s (autoimmune hypo thyroid condition ) so do get your thyroid properly checked with antibodies, T3, T4 and TSH all included.

I also wanted to ask about an achy arm. It comes mainly from my elbow, with a deep burning pain. Feels hot to touch, but it's agony to pick up anything even an empty cup. It makes the rest of my arm feel weak. I've had this in my right arm, for about a month now, some days are worse than others. Any ideas would be welcome.
