Does anyone suffer from really tender, painful breasts and a bloated stomach due to, I think water retention. My breasts have been so incredibly painful that I can’t even bare wearing a bra never mind lie on my stomach in bed, this has been a problem since I stated HRT nine years ago.
I’ve found the only relief I can get is to remove my Hrt patch for a week or so and and then gradually my stomach flattens and my breasts feel normal again. When I resume the patches it seems to take quite a few weeks to build up again and then When things get too sore I remove it again. I’m just wondering if there is anyone else who suffers with this and how do they cope?
