Your post got missed Belle1

It sounds to me like your womb lining has built up while on the 100 mg dose ie was insufficient to fully protect your womb lining, and especially as you have endometriosis. It is difficult to give exact equivalents of progresterone doses and especially when taking orally or vaginally. Yes studies show that when taken vaginally then less may be needed to protect the womb compared with oral intake, but it's not an exact science, since taking orally it has to go through your digestive system and liver.

You don't know actually whether you would have bled anyway but yes it sounds like it would be a good idea to continue with the 200 mg if you are having heavy bleeds because it does indicate there is lining to be shed. However ref your endometriosis it's wise to keep an eye on it and consult your doc for a scan if you feel the bleeding is heavier than it should be, continues like this, or you are worried in any way.
