Huge numbers visitng the forum

I've been intermittent on the forum recently but noticed huge numbers online eg today over 700!! Are they bots or is this a genuine surge in visitors does anyone know? If the latter then that's amazing!

My GP recommended this site when we initially discussed HRT a couple of months ago as a means of gathering information to help decide what HRT route I wanted to take.

Generally, I've found it useful.
