Headaches
« on: May 29, 2021, 04:59:53 AM »

I’m currently on 4 pumps oestradiol and 100mg continuous Utrogestron I am experiencing constant headaches and dizziness ! The headaches are mostly in the morning! I had them in 3 pumps and they continue after 2 weeks in 4. Last blood test on 3 pumps came back as 274. Any ideas welcomed

Dehydration?

How soon after breakfast does the headache ease?

To be honest it doesn’t ease after breakfast ! Today it started a little better around 12pm. Low mood and anxious today. Things seem to be creeping back in?

I would increase my liquid input and review my overall diet.  First pee of the day is usually dark and slightly smelly, as the day goes by urine should be straw coloured; any lighter and too much liquid is being taken on board which can be dangerous.  Remembering that soups, juices, veg. all count as liquids so we don't need any more than 2litres 'extra' each day.  Despite what the bottled water companies would have us believe  ::)

Is the headache bad enough to take pain relief, sometimes I find that a background headache eases with 1 'nurofen'.
