Hi!  Can you remember when your last period might have been?  Is it like a period?

MayB ring your surgery for advice, it is suggested that any bleeding after periods have stopped should be investigated.  It could be a polyp  ::) though mine shrunk at peri..

Let us know how you get on.

Hi skkb, you should keep the other thread running instead of starting a new one as your case is very unusual, ie you don't take progesterone along with oestrogen gel. As I said on the other thread the bleeding has probably been caused by tweaking the gel dose, but you really need to have this checked and maybe reconsider taking a progestogen continuously to avoid withdrawal (scheduled) bleeding if that's what you want. Both your age and the time you've been taking HRT are risk factors for cancer, better be safe than sorry.

Yes I think I should. Doctor is referring me to a gynaecologist, awaiting the appointment (New Year obviously). Re-read my scan report which said...”no free fluid, cysts or adnexal masses” which is good. Lining 3.1mm. I think messing around with the estrogen didn’t help but in any event it’s made me want to add progesterone or? in the regime to protect me hopefully. Yes, the older you get the higher the risks.
