Please can I ask advice about stopping HRT. Would I need to do it gradually or can I just stop?
I’m due to put my next evorel patch on tonight. I started a bleed Tuesday and I’m still losing lightly. I just don’t feel I can do this anymore, I’m worn out with trying..... I feel like I’m treating my body like an HRT experiment, trying new ways of taking Utrogestan, gel, different strengths of patches.....private clinic, I’m exhausted by it and I’m not feeling like I’m getting there. I recently found out I’m histamine intolerant too.
Perhaps I just need to stop, have 6 months to see what will happen and a break.
Your thoughts would be really appreciated 😢
