Qlaira
« on: September 24, 2020, 08:16:11 AM »

Morning all,
I have been prescribed Qlaira by gynae which I am starting tonight.
I have looked on here but can't find many recent comments. Has anyone had any experience of Qlaira?

Hi! I'll have a look-see ;-)

there are several threads going back years:

recent 1 : Menopause Matters Forum > Menopause Discussion > All things menopause > Qlaira for Peri [lots of discussion!]

Let us know how you get on.  Do you keep a mood/symptom/food diary to chart progress?

Thanks
I'll be starting it tonight if the pharmacy have managed to get it for me today. Nobody had even heard of it let alone stock it!!!

The gynae has asked me to keep a diary to see how I get on so fingers crossed 🤞
