Hi

Has anyone experienced a jittery feeling after increasing patch or gel?  And if so, did it settle?  I increased from everol 50 to 75 on Tuesday (wasn't absorbing well enough).  Since then I've felt like I've had 50 coffees!

I'm hoping this will settle.

I had it bad after increasing from 50 to 100 which looking back the jump was too big! I now wish I had done it slower and given it more time! I took it straight off and am now on Sandrena and still not absorbing well! Good luck hope it settles for you

I have also woken with terrible jitters and have no idea whether to increase or decrease! I do feel like starting again or stopping to be honest to see what happens !
