Applying Estradot patch
« on: September 20, 2020, 11:20:39 AM »

Forgive me for being thick, but when applying this patch, do you just remove the two hard plastic bits and not anything else ? It looks like a layer of film  or something needs removing? ( have lost instructions)

Thanks

Hi  :)

Yes- peel off one half of the plastic. Stick the exposed sticky half on, then peel off the other plastic bit. Smooth the second half down and hold in place with your hand for 10-20 seconds.
Try not to wrinkle it as you put it on.
