hi everyone I've not been a member for long. Tried hrt whilst I have been off work as I'm a teaching assistant found after 2 weeks got awful pains in my stomach really bad to a point I couldn't stand up. Stopped taking them and few days after the pain calmed down. Left it a few more days then started them again got the pain again so I've stopped them now. Any advice on what to do next? I have had a hysterectomy so at 47 I'm early menopause.  Any recommendations on herbal remedies im taking starpower gummies at moment for menopause but not really swwing an improvement.  I'm suffering with headaches fog brain emotional lack of sleep not really had bad hot sweats yet

Go back to the GP and ask for a transdermal type, patches or gel, so that you can bypass the stomach. At 47 you shouldn't be going without oestrogen. Herbal remedies are unlikely to help.
