Hi again, rang GP and was told to go to chemist for an OTC drug. Just had a thought tho. I had a hyster about 3 years ago for womb endometriosis, but kept ovaries. Could this problem have now affected ovaries/bowel?

You can have endometriosis anywhere. My daughter in law has it on bladder and bowel. Also, after hysterectomy, you can get pain from adhesions where bits stick to other bits. I'm sorry your GP wouldn't do the simple dip test for your urine.  :(

Hi all, thanks for your replies. Went to pharmacist who said most likely UTI so given some sachets, hopefully will do the trick!

Fingers crossed then but if you don't feel better afterwards then make sure you contact your GP again.
