Definitely see a dentist, about two years back my teeth and gums was bothering me. It was March 2020 coronavirus started getting bad here in Australia. But luckily if you were having problems they would see you. The dentist said my tooth was crack and fixed it. Trouble was I was still in pain mostly on that said but occasionally on the other. I made another dentist appointment with my regular dentist. She said there’s nothing wrong. It took a couple weeks but the pain did go away.
It happens about every 5 months, I now got to my dentist every 6 months, to get them clean and checked. It hasn’t happened again since September 2021, but I still get them cleaned and check.
In the end I just but it down to menopause, and with getting my dentist to check my teeth every 6 months, I don’t worry to much about it. Funny thing is last July I had two top wisdom teeth taken out. They hurt me badly for 8 weeks after having them pulled out, the specialist dentist that pulled them out told me if I didn’t think about it, it wouldn’t be in pain

Well what can I say but he a dickhead. I saw my normal dentist about six times they put me on antibiotics, but she couldn’t see anything wrong with them. Was it menopause that made the pain and recovery worse? I really don’t know, and thank god I don’t have anymore wisdom teeth left, and I never have to go through that again.
Tooth and gum pain is the worst
